2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop for photographic prints, digital images, and photo products.

3. Products
We offer photo prints, digital downloads, and other personalized photo products as displayed in our online shop. Product images shown in the shop are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, brightness, and crop may occur depending on screen settings, print materials, and production processes.

4. Ordering Process
By placing an order through our online shop, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding purchase agreement is formed once payment has been successfully completed and your order confirmation has been issued.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices shown in the online shop are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed using the payment methods offered in the shop.

6. Personalized Products
Most photo products are personalized and made to order. For that reason, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except where required by law or in cases of defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

7. Digital Downloads
When you purchase a digital image, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for private use only, unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchased digital images may not be resold, redistributed, transferred to third parties, used for commercial purposes, or altered for resale without prior written permission from Fearless Shots Photography.

8. Copyright and Image Rights
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Fearless Shots Photography. The purchase of a print or digital file does not transfer copyright ownership.

9. Production and Delivery
Prints and photo products are produced after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to production timelines, shipping carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Shipping
Shipping options and charges are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Fearless Shots Photography is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Fearless Shots Photography within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. If the issue is verified, an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, will be provided.

12. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of photo products, all sales are final except where an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Color and Crop Variations
Fearless Shots Photography makes every effort to present images and products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, tone, brightness, and crop between digital previews and final printed products are normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fearless Shots Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the online shop or the purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Privacy
Personal information collected during the ordering process is used only for order fulfillment, customer support, and related business operations in accordance with applicable privacy practices.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
